| About the work: The Primary Chronicle is the accepted in science title of the annalistic corpus, created in the early 12th Century and extant in the form of some indexes: Laurentian, Radzivilovsky, Moscow-Academical, lost Troitsky, Hypatian, Hlebnikovsky and three late, orient to Hlebnikovsky index (Pogodinsky, Krakovsky, Ermolaevsky). This textual heritage represents the literary description of the Russian history from the middle of the 9th Century to the beginning of the 12th Century. | |
