IS_USERNAME_UNIQUE Function

This function returns a Boolean result based on whether the named user account is unique in the workspace.

Syntax

APEX_UTIL.IS_USERNAME_UNIQUE(
   p_username IN VARCHAR2)
RETURN BOOLEAN;
